रायबरेली: सरेनी इलाके में जमीनी विवाद के कारण आरोपियों ने घेर कर और पीट पीटकर एक अधेड़ की हत्या कर दी।
पुलिस सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार सरेनी इलाके के नितिगर में बीते शुक्रवार की रात को मृतक की उसके पड़ोसियों ने जमीनी विवाद के कारण पीट पीटकर गंभीर रूप से घायल कर दिया, जिस वजह से आज सुबह घायल की जिला अस्पताल मे मौत हो गयी।
मृतक श्यामविलास त्रिवेदी (50) घर के सामने को लेकर उसके पड़ोसियों में आपसी विवाद चल रहा था। बीते शुक्रवार की रात को मृतक अपने घर के बाहर किसी के साथ धार्मिक कार्यक्रम में शामिल होने जा रहा था कि रास्ते मे मृतक के साथ उसके पड़ोसी शिवानंद शुक्ला और आशुतोष आदि ने मारपीट की थी जिससे मृतक का हाथ टूट गया था जिस वजह से पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज किया था।
पुलिस के अनुसार तहरीर में कहा गया था कि आरोपियों ने मृतक को घेर कर मारा पीटा, गंभीर हालत में घायल श्यामविलास को जिला अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया जहाँ आज सुबह उसकी मौत हो गई।
पुलिस ने शव कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया है और आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी का प्रयास किया जा रहा है।
